Mango Strawberry Lemonade Refreshing (Printable Version)

Vibrant blend of juicy mango and sweet strawberries creates the perfect cooling drink for hot summer days.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Fruits

01 - 1 cup fresh mango, peeled and diced
02 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

→ Citrus

03 - 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 3-4 lemons)

→ Sweetener

04 - 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
05 - 1/2 cup water (for simple syrup, optional)

→ Liquid

06 - 3 cups cold water
07 - Ice cubes, as needed

→ Garnish

08 - Fresh mint leaves
09 - Strawberry and mango slices
10 - Lemon wheels

# Directions:

01 - Heat 1/2 cup water and 1/4 cup sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar completely dissolves. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature before using.
02 - Add diced mango, halved strawberries, and freshly squeezed lemon juice to a blender. Process on high speed until completely smooth, scraping down sides as needed to ensure even blending.
03 - Pour the fruit mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher, using a spatula to press through as much liquid as possible. Discard remaining pulp for a smoother texture.
04 - Add the cooled simple syrup and 3 cups cold water to the strained fruit puree in the pitcher. Stir thoroughly with a long spoon until all components are fully incorporated.
05 - Taste the lemonade and add more sugar or water as needed to achieve your preferred balance of sweetness and tartness. Stir again after any adjustments.
06 - Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour lemonade over ice, and garnish with fresh mint leaves, fruit slices, or lemon wheels. Serve immediately while cold.

# Quick Tips:

01 -
  • The combination of mango and strawberries creates this gorgeous sunset color that makes any glass look instantly fancy
  • You can make it in ten minutes flat with ingredients you probably already have in your fridge
02 -
  • The strained version stays drinkable longer in the fridge without separating or getting that weird frothy layer on top
  • Frozen fruit actually makes a fantastic slushie texture, just skip the ice and blend the fruit partially frozen
03 -
  • Chill your serving glasses in the freezer for ten minutes before pouring, the lemonade stays colder longer
  • If your fruit is not quite ripe enough, add an extra half lemon to brighten everything up
