# Quick Tips:

01 -
  • Everything you love about Caesar salad transformed into something you can eat with your hands
  • The homemade dressing comes together in seconds but tastes like it came from a restaurant kitchen
02 -
  • Letting the chicken rest before slicing is nonnegotiable or all those juices end up on your cutting board instead of in your sandwich
  • The dressing tastes better after sitting for 10 minutes so the garlic mellows and the flavors really marry
03 -
  • Pound your chicken breasts to even thickness so they cook at the same rate and nobody ends up with dry edges
  • Grill your bread cut side down for just a minute to get that golden crunch without drying it out completely
